These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Craftvoro website, online store, content, and related services.

Craftvoro is operated by Chengdu Yuyao Xinsheng Network Technology Co., Ltd. Throughout these Terms, “Craftvoro,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operating company.

By visiting our website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced within them.

1. Store Audience and Eligibility

Our website, checkout, and advertising are intended for adults purchasing products for children.

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

  • The billing, shipping, and payment information you provide is accurate.

Craftvoro offers LCD writing tablets, magnetic drawing boards, and related drawing products and accessories.

Minor color differences may occur because of lighting, photography, manufacturing batches, and device display settings.

Decorative items, props, books, toys, furniture, and accessories shown in lifestyle photographs are not included unless they are expressly listed under the product’s package contents.

3. Product Use and Supervision

Customers must review and follow the instructions, age guidance, and warnings included on the applicable product page and product packaging.

Adult supervision may be required, particularly when a product contains:

  • Batteries

  • Magnets

  • Cords

  • Styluses

  • Detachable accessories

Stop using a product if it becomes damaged or presents a possible safety concern.

Craftvoro products provide a reusable surface for drawing, doodling, letter practice, shapes, and everyday activities. We do not guarantee improvements in intelligence, academic performance, handwriting, concentration, creativity, behavior, or child development.

4. Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed on the website or during checkout and may vary by currency, destination, or available promotion.

Prices may change before an order is placed. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted unless there is an obvious pricing error.

The final checkout page will show the applicable:

  • Discount

  • Shipping charge

  • Tax

  • Order total

Customers will have an opportunity to review these charges before completing payment.

5. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers apply only during their genuine availability period and according to their stated conditions.

Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We may correct, suspend, or withdraw a promotion if it contains an error or is being misused.

Any limited-time, low-stock, free-shipping, bundle, or discounted-price statement displayed on the website will apply only under the conditions clearly presented with that offer.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment availability may vary depending on country, currency, payment provider, or device.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7. Order Acceptance

Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Incorrect pricing

  • An incomplete delivery address

  • Unusually large quantities that appear intended for unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount charged for the cancelled items will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request an order change or cancellation within 12 hours after placing the order by contacting service@craftvoro.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.

If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request an eligible return after delivery under our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather

  • Peak shopping periods

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Events outside our reasonable control

10. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after confirmed delivery.

A return must be requested and authorized before the product is shipped back. The customer must follow the return instructions and use the return destination provided by our customer service team.

Our registered company address is not a return facility unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.

11. Reviews and Customer Content

Reviews, photographs, comments, and other content submitted to Craftvoro must:

We may moderate or remove content that violates these requirements. We will not knowingly publish fabricated reviews or materially change the meaning of a customer review.

Customers remain responsible for following product instructions, warnings, age guidance, and supervision recommendations.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating company, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence.

Any dispute will be handled by a court, regulator, or other forum with lawful jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or service changes.

The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights associated with orders already placed unless required by law.
